Are you holding on to clothes that haven't fit in months? Well, you might want to hold on to them just a little bit longer. After just two weeks on my program, one member has found new life (and some motivation) in an old pair of jeans:

Like Midnight said, these small victories will keep you motivated, encourage you to work even harder, and help you to finally meet your weight-loss goals!

Dress Sizes, Not Pounds

Remember Kelly from the Biggest Loser? Rather than focus on the scale, she decided to make dropping dress sizes her goal. When she went down a size, she would buy herself an item of clothing. She had to really work to get an article of clothing, but it was worth it. Within a few weeks, she had replaced her usual food rewards with something even better — a new and improved Kelly.
