I was diagnosed in February with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome. I started the South Beach Diet® and lost 27 pounds! I have been feeling so good on this way of life. I am not sure how long I will need to be on my medication, but my doc said that when I lose 10 percent of my current weight, I drop my risk of getting diabetes… I am about 3 pounds from being there!

I lost another pound! I'm so inclined to want instant gratification and instant results but I'm continuing to find that if you're consistent, the weight WILL come off!
