Vegetable Stuffed Pork Chops

pork chops
salt and pepper
1 can green beans, drained
1 small onion, chopped
1 green pepper, seeded and chopped
1 cup Keto
Crumbs
1/2 c. uncooked wild rice
8 oz Low
Carb Bar-B-Q Sauce
Cut a
pocket in
each pork chop. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Combine green
beans,
onion, green pepper, Keto
Crumbs and wild rice in large bowl. Stuff pork chops with the
mixture.
Secure with toothpicks.
Put stuffed pork chops to crock pot. Sprinkle each pork chop with Low Carb Bar-B-Q Sauce. Cook on low 8 hours.
