Savory Stuffed Chops

chops
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup chopped pecans
2 cups Keto
Crumbs
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon dry sage
1/2 teaspoon thyme leaves
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
Salt to taste
Freshly ground black pepper
6 tbsp of Keto
Original Potato
4 ounces of hot water
Cut
each chop
horizontally, to make a butterfly, pound to thin out. Season with salt
and
pepper. Mix 2 tablespoons of melted butter with the olive oil in a
skillet.
Cook celery and onion. Put vegetable mixture into a mixing bowl, add Keto
Crumbs, pecans, sage, parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper.
