18. Spicy Pork And Cabbage

6 pork chops
salt and pepper
1 T low carb thickener
1/2 C water
8 oz Cheese Low Carb Spreads
4 cups shredded cabbage
3 tart apples
1/2 small onion, chopped
2 whole cloves
1 small bay leaf
1/4 cup Spoonable Brown Sugar Replacement
1 cup water
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 teaspoons salt

Mix low carb thickener, water, and Cheese Low Carb Spreads. Brush chops with the mixture. Place cabbage, apples, and onion in crock pot. Add remaining ingredients except pork chops. Arrange chops on top of cabbage mixture. Cook on low 10 hours.
