36. Appetizer Pork Ribs

Caesar
Dressing

Juice
Sprinkle
ribs
with salt and pepper. Place in crockpot; pour water over them. Cover
and cook
on low 6-7 hours or until tender. Drain. Arrange ribs on
Broiler
pan;
sprinkle with garlic salt. Make sauce by combining salad dressing and
pineapple
juice. Brush ribs with half the sauce. Broil until brown, turn, and
brush other
side and brown. Makes 8-10 appetizer servings. *If possible ask the
butcher to
cut each rib in half, crosswise, so they will be a more convenient size
to
handle the appetizer.
37. Chinese Style Pork Ribs

Carb Chili Pepper Sauce

cup Low
Carb Orange Marmalade

Carb Ketchup

Combine
all the
ingredients, except the ribs. Brush the sauce over the ribs and place
in a
crock pot. Pour the remaining sauce over it all. Cover and cook on LOW
for 8 to
10 hours.

Place
ribs in a
slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over ribs. Cover
and cook
on high for 1 hour; reduce heat to low and cook 3-4 hours longer.
Remove ribs
to serving platter and keep warm. Thicken cooking liquid for gravy.

39. Glazed Pork Ribs

back ribs

can beef
consomme (10 oz)

cup water

tablespoons Sugar
Free Peanut Butter Syrup

tablespoons
soy sauce

Carb Bar-B-Q Sauce

teaspoon
dry mustard
Place
ribs on a
broiler rack and broil for 15 minutes. Drain fat off. Cut ribs into
serving
size pieces. Combine remaining ingredients in the crockpot; stir well.
Add
ribs; cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours, or on high for 4 to 5
hours.
