2 C Keto
Crumbs
2 tb Butter
1/3 C lemon juice, freshly squeezed
1 tb Pecans, chopped
Salt and pepper
1/4 c Sugar
Free Butter Rum Syrup
1/2 ts Orange peel, grated
Cut a in each chop forming a pocket. Combine Keto Crumbs with butter, 1/4 tsp salt, lemon juice and pecans. Fill pockets with stuffing. Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper, Sugar Free Butter Rum Syrup, and orange peel. Cook on low 8 hours.
