Harvest Pork Chops

5 boneless pork chops
1 zucchini, cubed
2 lemons, peeled and sliced
1 tablespoon Spoonable Brown Sugar Replacement
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1 clove ginger crushed

Lightly brown the pork chops in a skillet. Place pork chops in the bottom of the crock pot. Sprinkle with ginger. Cut zucchini in half and slice into 1/2 inch slices, place on the layer of chops. Layer lemons on top. Mix Spoonable Brown Sugar Replacement with spices and sprinkle this mixture on top of the lemons. Cook on low for 5 hours.
