1/2 C cooked chicken, chopped
1/2 C wild rice, cooked
1 C chicken broth
1 C Low
Carb Bar-B-Q Sauce
2 Tbsn soy sauce
3 Tbsn dry onion
1/2 pack Low
Carb Elbows
Brown seasoned chops under broiler 20 mins. In crock pot, combine all ingredients except Elbows. Add chops and sauce to crock pot. Cook on low 8 hours. Serve over Low Carb Elbows.
