The South Beach Diet has been heavily touted by Big Boys 'Prevention Magazine' and given my prior experience, these folks have always been a very trustworthy source in regards to nutritional information. Though I have some Nutritional Doubts surrounding the South Beach Diet Plan, many people have achieved great Diet Success with the diet.
