3 lb. fat fish (salmon, trout) cut into large
pieces
11/2 liters water
2 pickles, cubed
1 cup juices from pickles
3 potatoes
1 1/2 lemons
1 leek
1 sprig parsley, root and greens
1 carrot
10 peppercorns
1/4 t saffron powser
1 t marjoram
