Inghredients

2 eggs
1 cup heavy cream  
1 stick (1/4 lb.) butter or 1/4 cup sunflower oil
1 cup nut flour
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup unprocessed bran


Beat eggs and cream. Melt butter (oil) and add to cream. Mix dry ingredients. Add wet mixture to dry. Bake 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees F. Check with a toothpick
